Seeing that Manchester United still have a propensity to concede goals, lose or draw matches consistently and are currently sitting near the bottom of the top half of the league table, I’ll say Onana has not improved their fortunes in comparison to De Gea. Generally, the team has been disappointing so far in all competitions this season.
